By booking tickets, you agree to the terms & conditions and privacy policies set by:

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the "SuNKeN Halloween Special ft. Alex Kennon" (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”), you (the “Attendee”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. TICKETING & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
  • Age Restriction: This is strictly an 18+ event. All Attendees must present a valid, original, government-issued photo ID (Hong Kong ID card or Passport) upon entry. Failure to produce valid identification will result in denied entry without a refund.
  • Ticket Validity: Tickets are only valid if purchased through official ticketing partners (Eventbrite, Liveit, PLVR or authorised promoters). The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals holding fraudulent or duplicated tickets.
  • Right of Admission: The Organiser and Venue Management reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Security Checks: For the safety of all guests, the Organiser reserves the right to conduct security searches of clothing, bags, and other items upon entry and exit. Prohibited items (including but not limited to outside food or beverage, illegal substances, weapons, and dangerous objects) will be confiscated and may result in immediate ejection or police involvement.


2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Strictly No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal illness, scheduling conflicts, or changes in the Attendee's travel plans.
  • Event Changes: The Organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists (including the headliner or supporting DJs) or vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice or compensation.
  • Force Majeure: If the Event is cancelled, postponed, or interrupted due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's reasonable control (including but not limited to severe weather such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm warnings, government mandates, public health emergencies, acts of God, or strikes), the Organiser will not be liable for any refunds, compensation, or consequential losses incurred by the Attendee.


3. CODE OF CONDUCT
  • Zero Tolerance Policy: SuNKeN enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances. Any individual found in violation will be immediately handed over to local authorities.
  • Venue Rules: Attendees must comply with all rules and regulations of the Hong Kong Observation Wheel & AIA Vitality Park. Vandalism, destruction of property, or tampering with the "Cyberpunk Decay" Halloween installations will result in eviction and liability for damages.


4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • Assumption of Risk: The Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to attending the Event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, the risk of personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
  • Indemnification: To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, the Organiser (Zicket - Sunken Hong Kong), the Venue (Hong Kong Observation Wheel & AIA Vitality Park), artists, sponsors, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Attendee's participation in the Event.


5. PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING & MEDIA CONSENT
  • By entering the Event premises, the Attendee consents to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to use any such images, videos, or recordings for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes globally (including on social media platforms, websites, and future event materials) without any prior notification, compensation, or attribution to the Attendee.


6. GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
