1. American Express Cardmembers who hold an American Express® Card issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) can enjoy Priority Booking and following offers (Collectively “Offers”) on the regular-priced tickets. The Offers shall not apply to D-Res category, student, senior citizen, disabled and restricted view tickets (if any).

   • From 10am on May 15 to 11:59pm on June 1, 2026 (Hong Kong Time), both dates inclusive (“Centurion Promotion Period”), Centurion Members of Centurion® Card issued by American Express in Hong Kong can enjoy 15% savings on regular-priced priority booking tickets ranging from HK$588 – HK$1,288 for performances from November 4 till November 22, 2026.

   • From 10am on May 20 to 11:59pm on June 1, 2026 (Hong Kong Time), both dates inclusive (“General Eligible Cardmember Promotion Period”), all other Eligible American Express Cardmembers of Eligible Cards issued by American Express in Hong Kong can enjoy 10% savings on regular-priced priority booking tickets ranging from HK$588 – HK$1,288 for performances from November 4 till November 22, 2026.

   Priority booking ends at 11:59pm on June 1, 2026 (Hong Kong Time) or when all available tickets for priority booking are sold out, whichever comes first.

2. To enjoy the Offers, Eligible Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with Eligible Card within the applicable promotion period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offers.

3. The Offers are applicable to ticket purchases made through the Zicket website (the “Ticketing Platform”).

4. The designated Ticketing Platform is accessed via a bespoke hyper-link provided by https://www.zicket.co/ and the Offer is on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stock lasts.

5. Limited to a maximum number of 10 tickets per transaction.

6. Each ticket admits one person only. All tickets booked or issued cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

7. All tickets are sold by and fulfilled by third party ticket sellers (“Ticket Seller”), not American Express, and such tickets are subject to the rules, Terms and Conditions, prices and fees set by the Ticket Seller, the event promoter and/or the venue. Please refer to the designated link for details.

8. Eligible Cardmembers will receive their order confirmation and seat confirmation upon successful transaction. All e-tickets will be distributed at the conclusion of the pre-sale period and will be sent to Eligible Cardmembers on or before July 31, 2026. This event uses e-tickets. Please present the QR code for admission with the following options: a. Print out the e-ticket in the confirmation email on A4-sized paper. b. Present digital copy on your mobile device: please make sure that full QR can be shown with minimum size of 3cm X 3cm. c. Once the e-ticket is used, the QR code will be deactivated from the system and cannot be reused.

9. Broadway International Group Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.

10. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

11. American Express and Broadway International Group Limited reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.
