CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY – THE MUSICAL - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of tickets for CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY (the “Event”), as sold through The Ticket Company Limited, trading as Zicket (“the Ticketing Partner”). The Event is produced and organised by Broadway International Group (“the Producer”).

1. This production is recommended for audiences aged 6 and above. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children aged 18 months and under can watch the show free of charge but will not be provided with a seat and are required to sit on a parent/guardian’s knee.

2. Venue doors open 1 hour before the show, with access to seats available from 30 minutes before the show.

3. Duration of each show is approximately 145 minutes, including a 20-minute intermission.

4. Ticketing enquires and group and corporate booking enquiries of 20 seats of more can be directed to help@zicket.co with your preferred show time, ticket type and quantity. For general enquiries, please contact info@charliemusicalhk.com.

5. Seats are numbered, and kindly seat in your allocated chair.

6. Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and only valid on the printed date of the ticket, with exception of clause 8.

7. TICKET EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

7.1. Tickets purchased may be exchanged for tickets for an alternative date up to five (5) business days before the date printed on the original ticket, provided that:

7.1.1 the preferred ticket date is available for purchase; and,

7.1.2 the ticket purchaser pays any difference in ticket fees for the preferred date.

7.2. To exchange a ticket(s) to a new date, email help@zicket.co with the order number and preferred date. The exchange transaction will be considered incomplete and your original ticket will remain valid until the ticket purchaser has:

7.2.1. received a response from Zicket.co acknowledging the exchange request;

7.2.2. paid any difference in ticket fees; and,

7.2.3. received a new ticket(s) with the preferred date.

7.2.4 No compensation or refunds will be issued in the event of an incomplete exchange transaction.

7.3. In the event the preferred date is a lower price than the original purchased ticket date, no refunds will be provided for the difference in price.

7.4. No exchanges will be possible within five (5) business days of the purchased ticket date.

7.5. Exchanges will incur an admin fee of HK$10 per ticket exchanged.

7.6. In the event of any disputes related to ticket exchanges, refunds, or transfers, the Event’s decision shall be final.

8.  In the event of adverse weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances the Event performances may be delayed, interrupted, postponed or cancelled (including but not limited to technical issues, venue issues, safety or security concerns). Except where a performance is cancelled, tickets will not be refunded, and no compensation will be payable for any delay or interruption. Any refund or exchange arrangements (if applicable) will be communicated via email through help@zicket.co.

9.   No refunds or exchanges will be provided due to changes to the advertised cast, line-up, or running order.

10. In the event of cancellation, face value of the ticket purchase price can be obtained.

11. The Event reserves the right to alter admission prices without notice.

12. Personal data collected upon the purchase or issue of Tickets may be used for the processing of requests or enquiries, enforcing the terms of the commercial dealings, sending administrative materials to you, our internal business and administrative purposes, research and statistical purposes or other directly related purpose, or for legal, safety or security purposes. Provision of personal data for the mandatory fields is necessary. If you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able to provide you with the products or services you requested. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes, or such other persons as required by law.

13. From time to time the Event or other authorised parties may carry out photography and/or video recording and/or other monitoring within the Premises which may feature visitors. The Event and its affiliates reserves the right to use these materials in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format.

14. The information on this website is meant for reference only. While Zicket.co endeavours to keep the information published on this website up to date, Zicket.co is not liable for any inaccuracies. 朱古力獎門人  - 音樂劇-  條款及細則 

以下條款和細則適用於透過票務公司The Ticket Company Limited（以Zicket名義營運，簡稱「票務合作夥伴」）出售的《朱古力獎門人》（簡稱「演出」）門票的購買和使用。演出由Broadway International Group（簡稱「製作單位」）製作和主辦。

1. 本演出建議6歲以上觀眾觀賞。 14歲以下兒童必須於任何時候由成人陪同。 18個月及以下兒童可免費觀看，但不提供座位，需坐在家長/監護人的膝上。 

2. 劇院正門將於演出開始前1小時開放，觀眾可在演出開始前30分鐘入座。  

3. 每場演出時長約145分鐘，包括20分鐘的中場休息。

4. 如需諮詢門票事宜，或預訂20個以上座位的團體及企業票，請發送郵件至help@zicket.co，並註明您偏好的演出時間、票種及數量。如有其他疑問，請聯絡info@charliemusicalhk.com。

5. 座位已編號，持票者必須坐在指定的座位上。

6. 除第 8 項另有規定外，門票不可轉讓、不可兌換、不可退款，且僅在門票列明日期有效。

7. 票務條款及細則 

 7.1. 已購買的門票可於原定購票日期前五（5）個工作日內，交換為其他日期的門票，條件如下： 

7.1.1. 需有所選門票日期可供購買；及 

7.1.2. 購票者需支付所選日期的門票差額。  

7.2. 如欲將門票交換至新日期，請發送電子郵件至 help@zicket.co，並提供訂單號碼和所選日期。您原先購買的門票將視為有效，直至門票購買者： 

7.2.1. 收到 Zicket.co 的回覆，確認交換請求；  

7.2.2. 支付任何票務差額；及 

7.2.3. 收到所選日期的新門票。 

7.2.4. 若交換交易未完成，將不會收到任何賠償或退款。 

7.3. 如果所選日期的票價低於原先購買門票日期的票價，則不會退還價格差額。 

7.4. 在購票日期前五（5）個工作日內，將不接受任何交換。 

7.5. 每張交換的門票將收取HK$10的行政費用。 

7.6. 如對門票交換、退款或轉讓有任何爭議，演出主辦單位保留最終決定的權利。 

1. 如遇惡劣天氣或其他不可預見的情況，演出可能會延遲、中斷、延期或取消（包括但不限於技術問題、場地問題、安全問題等）。除演出取消外，門票概不退款，任何延遲或中斷均不予賠償。任何退款或換票安排（如有）將透過電郵help@zicket.co 通知。 

2. 公佈的演員陣容、演出陣容或演出順序可能會有所變更，如遇此類變更，門票仍不可退款或換票。

3. 如演出取消，可退回票面價格款額。

4. 演出主辦單位保留更改門票價格的權利，恕不另行通知。

5. 購買或發放門票時收集的個人資料可用於處理請求或查詢、執行商業交易的條款、向您發送行政資料、我們的內部業務和管理目的、研究和統計目的或其他直接相關目的，或法律、安全或保安目的。提供強制性字段的個人資料是必要的。如果您不提供這些個人資料，我們可能無法向您提供所要求的產品或服務。個人資料可能會轉移給參與上述目的的第三方，或法律要求的其他人士。  

6. 演出或其他授權方可不時在場地內對觀眾進行攝影和/或錄像和/或其他監控。演出及其他授權方對這些資料保留任何形式的促銷、廣告或宣傳物品中的永久使用權利。
